As a small, independently owned and funded business, we want to clarify our return policy for your convenience:
Return Policy
At StellaJoya, we value your satisfaction, and we strive to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Please take note of the following return guidelines:
1. Returns and Exchanges:
- We can only accept exchanges and returns in the form of Store Credit. Refunds are not available.
2. Return Period:
- You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery using our StellaJoya Self-serve Returns feature. However, before sending any items back to us, you must submit a formal request for approval. Unapproved returns will be refused and returned to you.
3. Return Timeline:
- Please ensure that you send the return item(s) back to us within 7 business days from the date of Return approval. Items returned beyond this time frame will be eligible for partial store credit. Please note that we do not offer an Extended Return Policy for holidays.
4. Product Requirements:
- All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- They must not have been worn, altered, or damaged.
- Items must be free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, scratches, or distinct smells, including deodorant and cologne/perfume.
- The original packaging and accompanying items must be returned. Failure to do so will result in a $6 fee.
- If an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we cannot process a return or exchange. In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and any associated shipping costs will be your responsibility.
5. Limitations:
- We are not responsible for replacing lost items/parts or items that exhibit normal wear and tear, including stretching, water damage, or plating degradation due to exposure to oils, perfumes, soap, or other external elements.
- Worn items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear are non-refundable or exchangeable.
6. Return Shipping:
- We offer complimentary standard USPS shipping (3-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays) for exchange orders for United States customers.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges. Nevertheless, you may return unused items to us within 30 days from the date of delivery using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive the return package, a Store Credit will be issued. We recommend using a trackable service for your protection. In the case of exchanges, customers will need to place a new order.
7. Clearance Sale Items:
- Please note that items on clearance sale are final, and we do not permit returns or exchanges for these items under any circumstances.
8. International Packages:
- Refusal of international packages for any reason will render them ineligible for any mending solution.
