Shipping and Delivery

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time. We try to ship all domestic orders via USPS but other carriers may be used. For international orders, other carriers outside USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL may be used. Please use both lines provided for shipping addresses in Puerto Rico and outside of the continental United States.

StellaJoya is not responsible for delays with USPS, or any carrier used for shipping. After the order has been marked as shipped/picked up by carrier we lose control of logistics.

Tracking Order

A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. Please verify your spam folder. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the carrier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but still receive your order.   

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please be sure your shipping address and contact information are correct at checkout. Speedy checkouts and correct information are best assured by creating an account on our site. We do our best to edit order information when requested but can do nothing once a package is in carrier hands. To guarantee delivery to the correct address, please double check all information prior to confirming the order. The buyer assumes responsibility for correct delivery information. StellaJoya is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. 

Lost and/or Stolen Packages:

If an item has been scanned in and delivered by the carrier but you have not yet received it, please contact your local carrier office immediately with the tracking number. StellaJoya is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages, but we are more than happy to work with you toward locating an order that has been mishandled by the delivery carrier. Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. For re-deliveries, the client is responsible for shipping feesand any contact with the carrier. Refused or missed deliveries won’t be able to get store credit or a replacement.  

Duties, Taxes & Other Fees

StellaJoya is not responsible and has no control over customs inspections. Any customs import duties, taxes, fees, or any other charges are the client’s responsibility. Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
